Keystone Development has been a new division of the investment holding since 2023, aimed at developing multifunctional projects in Georgia’s premium real estate segment, tailored to modern lifestyles and contemporary living demands.
The company will construct its first multifunctional residential complex and business center in the central part of the city, in Krtsanisi (Address: 73a Vachtang Gorgasali Street), with an investment value of USD 70 million. The total construction area of the project is 110,500 sq.m.
“The construction of the project is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2025. A team of professionals is involved at every stage of implementation. The project’s architecture is designed by Giorgi Khmaladze (Khmaladze Architects), the structural design by Davit Kevanishvili (Q Engineering), and the engineering project by MEP Trades. The commercial direction of the project is managed by the Georgian Real Estate Agency (GREA).
