Temur Anchabadze founded the holding in 2016.

Temur Anchabadze has many years of experience in establishing and developing successful businesses across various economic sectors in Georgia and beyond.

Levan Anchabadze serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the holding, overseeing macro management, strategic decision-making, and the company’s overall efficient operations.

In 2022, Vazha Kopadze joined the Keystone Investments team as Investment Director. Since 2025, he has been serving as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the holding, responsible for the strategic management of the companies within the group, evaluating the profitability of each project, and identifying potentially lucrative investment opportunities.

From 2022 to 2023, Vazha Kopadze held the position of Investment Director at Fulcrum Holding, and between 2019 and 2022, he served as Senior Investment Officer at the same company. His professional background also includes serving as Head of Budgeting and Strategic Planning Department at TBC Bank JSC, as well as Senior Manager of Investor Relations and Capital Markets at Liberty Bank JSC.

Vazha Kopadze holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Caucasus University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a Financial Risk Manager (FRM), a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), and a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA).

Since 2022, Mikheil Zibzibadze has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Keystone Investments. He brings over two decades of experience in corporate finance and strategic management.

From 2019 to 2022, Mikheil served as CFO at Parvus Group LLC, a renewable energy development company, where he was responsible for financial planning, capital structuring, and managing the financial aspects of large-scale energy projects. Between 2007 and 2019, he worked at Georgian State Electrosystem (GSE) — the national transmission system operator — where he initially held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and later advanced to Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In 2018, Mikheil worked as a Consultant at Reformatics LLC, and from 2004 to 2007, he held the roles of Chief Marketing and Sales Officer (CMO) and Deputy CFO at Telecom Georgia LLC.

Alongside his corporate career, Mikheil Zibzibadze is also active in academia as a lecturer and business trainer.

He holds an MBA in Business Administration from Caucasus Business School and a Master of Science in Technology Management from the University of Minnesota, USA.

Since 2024, Keti Benashvili has served as Legal Director at Keystone Investments. She oversees the group companies in the areas of corporate law, M&A, contract law, commercial law, construction law, and arbitration.

Prior to joining the holding, Keti held the position of Senior Lawyer at the Georgian subsidiary of Flutter Entertainment, a global leader in the gaming and entertainment industry. She also gained international experience working at a German fintech company based in Hamburg and previously worked as a lawyer at several leading law firms in Georgia.

Keti Benashvili holds a Master’s degree in Law and Business from Bucerius Law School and a Master’s degree in Business Law from Free University of Tbilisi. She currently lectures at Free University on Business Transactions Law and EU Law and also coaches the university’s team for the Central and Eastern European Moot Court Competition (CEEMC).

She is a member of the Georgian Bar Association as well as an accredited member and arbitrator of the Georgian Association of Arbitrators.

In 2023, Levan Tabutsidze joined Keystone Development as Chief Executive Officer. He leads the strategic planning and management of the holding’s development projects. With many years of experience in the construction and development sector, he has been behind numerous successful projects.

From 2020 to 2023, Levan served as Technical Director at Archi Promotion and Archi Renovo LLC. Between 2018 and 2020, he oversaw the development operations of Lisi Green Town, and earlier, from 2017 to 2018, he headed the Project Development Department at the Georgian Tourism Development Fund.

Levan Tabutsidze holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from the Georgian Technical University.

Tornike Bakhturidze is the Chief Executive Officer of several companies within the Keystone Investments holding, primarily focused on renewable energy, with a particular emphasis on wind power. He has extensive professional experience in the fields of renewable energy and industrial production.

Since 2014, Tornike has held senior leadership positions, including serving as CEO of Capital Iberia Limited and, since 2016, as CEO of Infinite Energy LLC. Before joining Keystone Group, he worked as Finance Manager at Lafarge Georgia, the country’s second-largest cement and concrete producer.

Tornike Bakhturidze holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tbilisi State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Friedrich Schiller University Jena in Germany. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Gigla Buliskeria has been serving as CEO of KEYSTONE CHARGER since 2025. He has many years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in the implementation and operation of high-tech solutions for oil production. From 2014 to 2022, Gigla worked at one of the largest oil companies, LUKOIL, where he rose from technical specialist to management positions. Further, in 2023–2025, he led a project aimed at implementing ESPs at CDF (Caspian Drilling Fluids) in Baku. Gigla Buliskeria graduated from the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I. M. Gubkin, receiving a higher technical education in engineering.
