An exclusive cooperation agreement has been signed between the Georgian Real Estate Agency (GREA) and Keystone Development, under which GREA will lead the company’s commercial operations.
Keystone Development, a company founded by the investment holding Keystone Investments, aims to develop multifunctional projects in Georgia’s premium real estate segment, tailored to modern lifestyles and contemporary living demands.
The company will construct its first multifunctional residential complex and business center in the central part of the city, in Krtsanisi (Address: 73a Vachtang Gorgasali Street), with an investment value of USD 70 million. The total construction area of the project is 110,500 sq.m.
“Keystone Development is entering the market with a very ambitious vision. We believe our first project, with its scale and distinctive architectural design, will easily attract attention both locally and internationally. We face significant challenges, so it was important for us to focus on construction processes while entrusting the planning, sales, and marketing aspects to an experienced team. We believe there will be strong synergy with GREA,” said Levan Tabutsidze, Director of Keystone Development.
“We are delighted to establish this partnership. Our goal today is to create a new, distinctive multifunctional residential complex in Old Tbilisi, give it a unique identity, and introduce it to the wider public in 2025 using well-planned marketing and sales strategies,” said Nino Absandze, founder of GREA (www.grea.ge).
