The company is simultaneously implementing three major projects under memorandums signed with the Government of Georgia.
The Igoeti Wind Power Plant project site is located near the villages of Igoeti, Samtavisi, and Lamiskhani in Kaspi Municipality. Due to the site’s high energy efficiency, it is expected to achieve a capacity utilization factor of approximately 38–40%, resulting in an average annual electricity generation exceeding 180 million kWh.
The Ajameti Wind Power Plant project site is located near the villages of Ajameti, Rodinauli, and Chincharauli in Kutaisi and Zestafoni Municipalities. The project is expected to reach a capacity utilization factor of approximately 36–38%, with an average annual generation exceeding 175 million kWh, which is equivalent to reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 36 tons annually.
The Tortiza Wind Power Plant project site is located near the villages of Sveneti, Akhalsheni, Tortiza, and Shavshve in Gori Municipality. The project is expected to achieve a capacity utilization factor of 40–42%, with an average annual generation exceeding 190 million kWh.
According to the memorandums signed with the Georgian government, research and feasibility studies for all three projects are scheduled to be completed in 2026, with construction and commissioning of the power plants planned by 2029.
